A few snapshots from a trip to Hamelin Bay, an hour or so south of Margaret River in WA.

I can’t say I was aiming for much beyond pretty pictures that could hang on a wall with this particular photo shoot. The aim of the photos were simply to bring out a feeling of relaxation. Somewhere you’d rather be with pristine beaches and clear blue skies.

I would like to explore this location more, and focus a bit more on presenting adventure and wonder to the photos.

Nintendo DS Lite repair! I picked up a Nintendo DS Lite from a retro gaming shop somewhere in Perth for cheap. The hinge was broken and the unit and the speakers did not work according to the store. It was in pretty poor condition to be honest. Yellow gunk everywhere under the plastics, worn out, so I thought it was worth turning this trash in to a shiny new treasure! Game Boy Camera on an Analogue Pocket! Getting photos off the camera using my Analogue Pocket and putting in a new save battery. Firstly, a quick shoutout and thanks to Steven for lending me their Game Boy Camera. Don't worry, no memories were destroyed in the making of this video. Today I'll be cleaning and fixing up the Game Boy Camera cartridge, adding a new save battery in to it and making it look as close to new as possible. After that, going to take a few photos with the camera and use my Analogue Pocket to retrieve them and put them on to my computer. Making a recorded voice box using Adafruit Audio FX Boards to use inside a teddy bear! But with a twist. Building the Silicon Chip Magazine Compact 12v 20w Stereo Amplified (Board number 01104101) which I want to use in a future project to convert some old bookshelf speakers in to some neat modern smart speakers. This is an amplifier that featured in the May 2010 edition of Silicon Chip Magazine in Australia. I'll be putting it together and getting it working in this episode of Procrasturbate Tech. If you want some detailed instructions you'll need to hunt down a copy of the magazine which is still available to purchase from Silicon Chip themselves. The Nintendo 64 restoration is a failure! The cartridge slot doesn't work and I can't get the RGB Mod working. I tried, I failed. This restoration didn't go to plan. Unfortunately this Nintendo 64 is well outside of my skillset to repair so I've decided to let it rest. This is the final chapter where you can watch me haphazardly fit this in to a new case that I got off Aliexpress.
